Photographer Jim Fenton’s Work Takes Wing at Sweethaven Gallery

Sweethaven Gallery is very proud to feature the photographs of Haverhill-based photographer Jim Fenton in a new exhibit which has been extended through September 20, 2015. The public is invited to see the work at 25L Inn Street in Newburyport during regular gallery hours: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.; and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“What I attempt to bring to viewers is the essence of my subjects and the emotions that I experience from allowing myself to feel their energy,” explained Mr. Fenton.
Trained in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology, Fenton has been a nature photographer for the past 6 years. His images have appeared in numerous magazines, newspapers, and websites. He is self-taught, with his talent springing from a love of nature in his teens and early twenties.
Mr. Fenton will be in the gallery Sunday, Sept. 20, 12 – 5 pm to answer any questions you may have.
